All CEDIA Members must adhere to the CEDIA Code of Ethics. Our Ethics Council is in place to ensure that any complaint against a CEDIA member, whether by a member or non-member, shall be dealt with in an appropriate manner. 

If your contractor advised they are a CEDIA member or are using the CEDIA Member logo, validate their status by using the Find a CEDIA Integrator page – if you come across a company claiming to be a member but is not, please email us: member@cedia.org.

If you wish to make a formal complaint about a CEDIA Member, first please ensure they are a current member by using the Find a CEDIA Integrator page, then document your complaint to member@cedia.org.

The CEDIA Member of Excellence title is the highest status a member company can achieve from the home technology industry’s only accrediting organization. First, aa firm must be a CEDIA Member for two years and have a minimum of one CEDIA Certified Integrator at the company.

Advanced Member

CEDIA Advanced Members have achieved the second highest status available for a member company. Firstly, one must be a CEDIA Member for two years and have a minimum of one CEDIA Certified Integrator at that company.

Certified Integrators

Certified Integrators, at CEDIA Member companies have successful passed one or more of four of the CEDIA Certification exams the organisation offer.
