CEDIA CEU Provider Application Form

Organizations requesting to become a CEDIA Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Provider may submit education classes to CEDIA for a pre-approved CEU value. To apply to become a CEDIA CEU Provider, complete and submit this form.

Course approvals are good for two years. CEDIA will be issuing new CEU Provider Guidelines in the second half of 2022.
