Make your CEDIA membership work for you!

In addition to the benefits available to you as a CEDIA member, these CEDIA programs and events let you take your membership to the next level.

Participate in these programs to begin building new connections, developing new skills, and generating new business.

CEDIA Awards

The CEDIA Awards competition recognizes the top projects, products, and individuals in the residential electronic systems industry. The competition honors innovation, creativity, and technical skill, and helps illustrate the many ways technology enhances the home.

CEDIA Outreach Instructors

CEDIA Outreach Instructors (COIs) are CEDIA members who are trained and authorized to deliver CEDIA-developed education to architects, builders, interior designers, and other industry partners locally and regionally. Find out how you can become a COI and begin building valuable connections with design and build professionals in your area.

CEDIA Groups

CEDIA Groups offer like-minded business owners a platform for discussing business opportunities and challenges – all with the goal of improving their businesses. Each CEDIA Group is made up of 5-7 CEDIA member integrator executives who meet monthly via phone or webinar to network, discuss key business issues, share best practices, and have candid conversations about operational challenges.

Career Center

The CEDIA Career Center connects job seekers and employers in the home technology industry. CEDIA members can submit job openings for posting online and in our weekly e-newsletter.

Government Affairs

CEDIA’s Government Affairs initiatives seek to prevent harmful legislation from impeding members’ ability to own and operate their businesses. Learn more about these efforts and find out how to get involved.

CEDIA produces research on a wide range of topics of interest to residential electronics industry stakeholders, including high-level market data, company performance benchmarks and best practices, custom analysis and market share, and technology trends.

CEDIA volunteers gain as much as they give. Volunteers discover new skills, develop existing skills, build their professional network, and gain industry recognition. CEDIA has volunteer opportunities that fit your interests, expertise, and schedule.

By completing CEDIA’s Call for Instructors form, you will be considered for teaching opportunities and will have a platform to share your knowledge and be recognized as an expert in your field.

CEDIA Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) assist with reviewing, revising, and writing course development. Sometimes the best SME isn’t the person teaching – it’s the industry person who has a passion for ensuring that the right information is delivered in the right way.
